These Terms govern your use of the website at skalux.shop and the repair services provided by Auto Repair Pal LLC ("we," "us," "the shop"), a Florida limited liability company operating at 6350 Tabogi Trail, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545. By using this site or authorizing us to work on your vehicle, you agree to what's below.

What This Website Is

This site is an informational page for a local, in-person auto repair shop. It is not an online store: there is no shopping cart, no checkout, and nothing is sold, shipped or purchased through it. Prices shown are typical posted prices for reference only; the price for your specific vehicle is confirmed in person after inspection.

Estimates & Authorization

• We provide a written or verbal estimate before performing repairs. Work begins only after you authorize it.
• If additional problems are found during a repair, we will stop and contact you for approval before continuing.
• Estimates are valid for a reasonable period; parts prices can change with supplier availability.

Payment

Payment is due when the vehicle is picked up, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cards, contactless payment and cash at the shop. Vehicles left after completion may be subject to reasonable storage terms and, where allowed by Florida law, a mechanic's lien for unpaid charges.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Our workmanship warranty is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Except for that warranty, services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific repair at issue. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by prior repairs performed elsewhere, or issues arising from a customer declining recommended work.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its symptoms.
• Remove valuables before dropping the vehicle off.
• Pick up the vehicle promptly once notified that work is complete.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
