Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel good about the work that leaves our bay. Because we're a service shop — not an online store — refunds work a little differently than a product return. Here's exactly how we handle quotes, cancellations, warranties and refunds.
Quotes & Approval
We diagnose first and quote before doing any repair. No work begins until you approve the estimate. If the price would change once we're into the job, we stop and call you before going further — you never get a bigger bill than what you okayed.
Deposits & Cancellations
- Most routine jobs require no deposit — you pay when you pick the car up.
- For special-order parts, we may collect a parts deposit. That deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before the part is ordered.
- Once a special-order part has been ordered or installed, the parts cost is non-refundable, since it can't be returned to our supplier.
- Cancel an appointment any time before work starts at no charge — just call (813) 406-2790.
Workmanship Warranty
Our labor is warrantied for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If a repair we performed fails because of our workmanship within that window, bring the vehicle back and we'll make it right at no additional labor charge. Parts we install carry their manufacturer's warranty, which we'll honor by facilitating the replacement.
Refunds
- If you're unhappy with a completed repair, tell us right away. Our first step is always to re-inspect the vehicle and correct the issue.
- If we cannot resolve a legitimate workmanship problem, we will refund the labor charge for that specific repair.
- Diagnostic fees are earned once the diagnosis is performed and are not refundable — but we waive the diagnostic fee entirely when you have the repair done with us.
